THE CHALLENGE OF EDUCATION
Parents and educators have an enormous responsibility in helping raise children to be happy, well-adjusted, emotionally healthy individuals.
Parents and educators are continuously taking risks—because no one knows everything about raising or instructing children—and not every risk will pay off.
WAYS OF SOLVING PROBLEMS
At Attachment Healing Center, we can repair any damage that is done as a result of those risks.
We can build better connections and repair disruptions. And the children we work with may become stronger in the process.
Attachment Healing Center has significant experience working with educators in schools and daycares to help provide therapy and attention for children who are not responding to the traditional models of treatment.
WORKING WITH PUBLIC SCHOOLS
For years, we worked with Albuquerque Public Schools to help students feel and perform better for the classroom.
Currently, we work with the Midwest New Mexico Community Action Program Head Start Program—a program of the United States Department of Health and Human Services—among others. Our goal is to work with the communities we love and are a part of, to improve those communities one person at a time. As their mental health consultants, we provide individual and family therapy when a family requests it, and we provide classroom support and guidance to teachers to help any child who might be struggling,
WHAT WE DO
Any school or daycare who has recognized that one or some or all of their students could benefit from our unique and effective approach to children’s mental health and attachment can invite us in, and we can provide the help your classroom needs.
If you are an educator of any kind in or near Albuquerque, contact us at the Attachment Healing Center today, about letting us help you in your classroom.
We are experienced, compassionate, and knowledgeable—and our approach works.
